Day 4 (Thursday): Beijing Breakfast at the hotel Embark on a morning tour of Tian'anmen Square, the largest public square in the world, and the Palace Museum known as the Forbidden City. The complex of imperial palaces were home to the emperors of the Ming and Qing dynasties for over 500 years. Some of the grand halls are used as museums for fine collections of Chinese treasures. Day 6 (Saturday): Xian Breakfast at the hotel This exciting day of sightseeing will include the Terra-cotta Warriors and horses at the Tomb of Qin Shi Huang the first Qin emperor, and the Bronze Chariots Lunch at a local restaurant Continue to Big Wild Goose Pagoda, which was built in 652AD. Day 7 (Sunday): Xian - Shanghai Breakfast at the hotel Morning visit to the Shaanxi Provincial Museum where you will discover how Xi'an became the cradle of Chinese culture. Day 9 (Tuesday): Shanghai - Guilin Breakfast at the hotel This morning, Visit Shanghai Museum, one of the largest in China, which houses a collection of 120,000 pieces of cultural relics. Lunch at a local restaurant Afternoon flight to Guilin, a city known for it's beautiful landscape, the spectacular pointed mountains, the winding rivers and the limestone rock formations. Day 10 (Wednesday): Guilin Breakfast at the hotel Embark on an exciting downstream cruise on the Lijiang River and be exposed to the indescribable beauty and scenery surrounding it. Lunch is served onboard Disembark at Yangshuo a small town with many stalls selling traditional Chinese arts and crafts.
